The Briercliffe's Society "Postcards of Old Burnley and Neighbourhood" (You Tube) shows an image of Robert's Row adjacent to the Rose & Crown. (Ref; about 30 secs into the programme) I always thought that Robert's Row was on the opposite side of the road ie; to the left of this picture. Can anyone help. |

This is the image that Plaques is referring to http://briercliffesociety.co.uk/Photo%2 ... %20Row.htm I think when Kris prepared the video, he used the info giving on the postcard - we all know this was not always correct as there is one floating around that labels Catlow as being in Nelson when it should have read Briercliffe. It can't be the only one with an error... |
