Post subject:  Old Photographs of Burnley

We have been scratching our heads trying to think what to buy a friend for his Birthday in a couple of weeks time and I thought that seeing as he is interested in Local History a framed print of old Burnley, maybe the Town centre, Scott Park or the Coal Clough Lane area would be good. Does anyone know where I can buy a decent sized print? I was thinking 10"x8" or 10"x12"
It wouldn't matter if it wasn't framed as we could get a frame for it, I just don't know of anywhere in Burnley where I could buy one!

Isn't there a stall in the market that sells memorabilia? I've never seen it myself as I've never ventured into the market.

Or there is Francis Frith http://www.francisfrith.com/

What about one of those which they show in the Burnley Express each week----I think Roger writes the article.
