I am trying to find evidence of a family named Trahan living in Lancashire between 1926 and 1945.The wife was French and a daughter Nicola Marie Pauline was born in France in 1926. I have no other details.Do they appear in the 1939 register or telephone or street directories or electoral registers? Do ration book registers or ARP household registers exist Any advice would be gratefully appreciated. |

I've now discovered that they are Andrew and Laura and lived in Blackpool |
