Thanks David. It doesn't give an explanation of the cause of death for my Gt Grandfather though. (Not found it anywhere havingt said that.)

Sinectus Atheroma, Syncope.

It appears to be cardiac failure of some description. When I first had the cert., there was nothing online about it but now, if you break the term down, there is info available.
