Well, I have been threatening/promising myself that I will take my retirement this year. Archive CD Books was started in March 2000, and since then it has been a mixture of highs and lows (mainly highs!), stresses and successes. But all good things come to an end, and now at the age of 62 I am looking forwards to a more relaxed time, playing golf, travelling the world, and especially, spending more time on our Kenya School Project.
This month I sold the two houses in Commercial Street that have been our offices for the last six years, and we moved Archive CD Books temporarily back to the old coach house behind our home in Cinderford. That's where it all started in the year 2000. We are now down to a small team again, with myself, Nikki, Lee and Kim. Things are winding down. Having said that, we are having a final fling, with a 50% discount offer on all our CDs.
