Hi

Has anyone out there been researching the above family. It is driving me mad due to incorrect transcriptions on census, up to date I have found 1881/91/1901 census for MARY SHEVLAN/SHIVLAN/SHEVLING with her daughter Catherine b @ 1875 and Catherine's son JOSEPH b 1899 he married JANE LYONS 1918 and had 3 children, LEONARD 1919, JOSEPH 1921 and PATRICK 1923-23 all born in Burnley with the same confusion of surnames. Can't even find a marriage for MARY, she was born @ 1940 and died in her 90s and she is buried in a grave with some of the POLLARD family. Does any of the above ring any bells with anyone?
