Yes it is On James Leaver's second marriage certificate James is described as widower which led me on to find his first marriage to Elizabeth Hitchon 25th Dec 1851. witnesses were Levi Todd and John Leaver. Elizabeths father signed/declared as John Clegg a joiner. St John's Worsthorne
