Of all the homeless funeral cards, that circulate out there, I wonder how many ever find their way back to the families of origin. A simple funeral card is the summation of a life lived.

Over in Ireland, we have mass cards which seem similar to this. Wonderful things dating right back to the early 1900s they contain photographs, dates of birth and death and usually a little prayer or too. Absolutely invaluable when researching the Land Without Records!
