Does anyone know if the 1911 census is going to be available in Microfilm/Microfiche format in libraries/archives next year as was the case with previous census?

I do. I was wondering about the current restrictions on sharing the details to be honest. If it were available at the library, not sure how the sharing ban will work

1911 infirmity data goes online

Further details about the health of people recorded in the 1911 England and Wales census can now be browsed on the web following the end of a 100-year embargo.

This is a comment written in the disability column of one of my lot in 1911. A comment higher up on the same houseold simply says 'dumb'.
Suggestions as to what this says please. I know what I think it says but it doesn't make sense for my not very well off Staffordshire family.

Can't make it all out but it looks like D... schoolboy, Buxton Spa to me. Would that make any sense?
