I heard it on the radio, BBC six o'clock, they seem a bit ehm! of a boisterous lot , letting the reputation of Briercliffe down :oops:

The reason seems to have been who had moved up the queue for some grazing land and who had contacts who had changed the order of the queue.

Glad they got their priorities right :roll: the rest of us were too busy panicking for Christmas.

My ears perked up when I heard it on the radio during the night! Not sure if I was hallucinating that it was on world service, but it certainly made the National News! Oh dear.

Are you sure that was Briercliffe council and not the Georgian parliament? http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-30605920 :D
