This fabulous property near Burnley is for sale,it is owned by Phil Neville ,England,Everton and former Manchester United footballer.
The property has a detached 4 bedroom property in the grounds for the staff.
The photographs in the sales brochure are quite stunning, Mmmmm dream on.

I was actually going to make an offer Maureen until I saw the staff house only had 4 bedrooms. :o :lol:

Might be 4 million Gloria, but that's probably less than a year's wages to the likes of him. I'm d**d sure mine cost a lot more than that in relative terms - and I bet yours did too.

Its not all to my taste no,but I would imagine in a property of that age it is not easy to furnish without it looking like you are living in Towneley Hall.
I would say the dining room may have been done a little more tastefully but I think the rest of the house apart from perhaps the black leather look in the lounge is pretty well done and I could certainly live with it.I think the kitchen design is fantastic.
But at the end of the day it is their taste and it would be a strange World if we all liked the same things

I don't like all the yellowy gold, love the kitchen, but think the rest of the house is seriously over the top. I'd sooner live in Townley, or perhaps Extwistle---could you imagine that done up like that ??????
