David, I wouldn't have known there was a stone there. (Referring to the table tomb). Kris was standing on it and happened to drag his foot revealing stone. You couldn't see any stone before this, not even the legs! You would have thought we had found a pot of gold for how we went at it, dragging the moss away. If you go back up there, take a look. It's to the right of the path as you walk down towards the gate onto Halifax Road, I think before you pass the end of the wall.

I was told that the graves in the oldest part were not given numbers, so the only chance you have of finding exactly where someone is, is if there is a grave stone. I found this out from the church when trying to find out just where one of mine is buried, they couldn't help other than say he was there somewhere, no headstone.

The numbers we are referring to are the MI numbers. I'm not sure if they had a system when numbering but David and I have been using the MI's as a guide to try and find other stones.

Hi Chrissy, I have dug out my plan of Hill Lane and there is only one Waterworth grave. Go past the graves (on your right) at the front of the school, follow the path to the front side corner of the school, on the plan on your left should be "spare land or lost ground" about the width of the footpath and down to the boundary. Turn left down there and the Waterworth grave is the second one on your left, the first being blank. Hope this makes sense.
Anyone else want any looking for whilst I have got it out.
Mel, I will bring them to the next meeting. There is one 2xA4 size and another 4xA4 size.

The building on the left was the sunday school. On the plan it is just "school"

Hi Chrissy,well I managed to find your Daniel Waterworth this morning in the old part of the graveyard.I cannot believe how I missed it, as it is one of the largest memorials in that part of the graveyard and is very prominent.
I have taken photos and sent them to Mel who will I am sure add them to the site for you. I also took a long shot photo of the memorial so that you can see where it is located in the graveyard should you wish to view it at anytime.
