Is this topic dead in the water now.

If not, I can connect this family to John Ormerod 1770[1] of Hurstwood and am in touch with living descendants of John Ormerod [son of Joseph Ormerod and Jane Dent] who was born 1st August 1847.

On Behalf of MALCOLM ORMEROD, Great Great Grandson of John Ormeord - [mentioned in the Indenture] he would be exceptionally pleased to hear from either the seller or the purchaser of the INDENTURE in 2008.

E Bay of course simply retain their records for 90 days and other efforts to track down this transaction have not been fruitful YET !
