died on the 25th day of September 1909 at Saint Johns Road aforesaid
AND BE IT FURHTER KNOWN that at the date hereunder written the last will and Testament
of the said deceased was proved and registered in the District Probate Registry
of His Majesty's High Court of Justice at Lancaster
and that administration of the estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal
representative of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to
Fanny Simpson spinster the sister of the said deceased and John William Simpson
weaver both of 47 Saint Johns Road aforesaid the Executors
named in the said Will

I hereby revoke all former wills. I give all my property to my sister Fanny
Simpson and to my reputed son John William Simpson both of Saint Johns Road
aforesaid in equal shares absolutely and I appoint my said sister Fanny Simpson
and my said reputed son John William Simpson to be the Executors of this my will.
In witness where of I have set my hand to this my will this seventh day of September

at The Victoria Hospital Burnley aforesaid
AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that at the date hereunder written the last Will and Testament
of the said deceased was proved and registered in the Principal Probate Registry of His Majesty's High Court of Justice, and that administration
of all the estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to
