The archive has been updated again with another 20ish images.

I have also started an album of gravestones. This is going to be very Sutcliffe orientated to begin with as my research has, upto now, only centered around the Sutcliffe name. I hope to rectify this on my next trip to Briercliffe by taking pictures of more stones and adding them to the site.

Having had no internet for the last 10 days or so, I hadn't made any aditions to the main site.

I have added several pictures into a 'miscellaneous' folder tonight. They are pictures taken at studios within the Burnley area but the subjects of the images sadly remain nameless. Kris bought these pictures on ebay. Take a look, they could be anyones relations! http://www.briercliffesociety.co.uk/Photo%20Archive/Miscellaneous.htm

I have been sent a few pictures which don't actually come under the 'Briercliffe' disctrict but are Burnley. Has anyone any objection to them being added even though they are not specifically Briercliffe?
A couple of these are Bank Top.

The more the merrier.
Is there any way to put if the "album" has been updated, to save looking at the same ones over again. In a similar way to how you update the gravestones, church records etc.

I can if that makes life easier.
The only ones that have been updated during the last month are the Miscellaneous pictures.

I will start putting 'last updated'.

All except the Burnley Cemetery gravestones are showing as updated today. I haven't added anything new but I have now listed the stones alphabetically though only by first letter, i.e. all the A's are together all the B's

Photograph Abel Street School circa 1929. Is it possible to get a copy of the original photograph and names which I suspect are on the back of the photograph. Will pay all necessary costs for copying, postage etc. Thanks Judi
