The London Gazette December 25 1877 The Bankruptcy Act, 1869 In the County Court of Lancashire, holden at Burnley. In the Matter of Proceedings for Liquidation by Arrangement or Composition with Creditors, instituted by Stephen Duerden, of Birchinlee, near Colne, in the county of Lancaster, Builder and Farmer. Notice is hereby given, that a First General Meeting of the creditors of the shove-named person has been summoned to be held at 7, Nicholas-street, burnley aforesaid, on the 8th day of January, 1878, at three o'clock in the afternoon precisely.- Dated this 21st dat of December, 1877.
