On the 26th ult. an inquest was held on the body of William Lupton, of Colne, tinner; and it appeared that the deceased had taken some arsenic given him by a quack doctor, to destroy worms. A verdict of manslaughter was returned against the doctor, Robert Nuttall, and he was committed to take his trial at the assizes.
