HI I would like to find out if there any trade directories for the Castleton Lancashire area for my James Briercliffe who was living in Castleton and working in the Cotton Mills there as was the eldest of his children William, James, Alfred and Thomas perhaps. James was a cotton Carder (63years old) as shown on the 1891 Census living at 10 Sparth Bottoms Road Castleton. I believe this James is my Mary Britcliffe's brother she was sent to Australia in 1845.
