Hi, This probably makes sense to everyone but me, so can someone tell me what this stands for please?
"Subs. R. Lancs. bdle. 130, no. 82" I wanted to see if i could read it online, but not sure where to start.
Thank you in advance x

I assume this is for original documents/material held at the archives. It will be the reference number you need to give to staff there so that they can locate what it is you wish to view.

Dawn,

This looks like a Subsidy Roll, which will be an old taxation list. Where is the reference from ?

'Bdle' will be 'bundle'.

It is likely to be from the National Archives I think.

ales, als may be 'alias', for an alternative name or a nickname.

Hope you are feeling better, Dawn.
