:?: My gt,gt,gt grandfather Henry Thistlethwaite born 1802, married Ellen Heap born 1805 of Briercliffe, she died in1884, having produced 12 children. Anyone know the Heap family?

Sounds like one for Shattonblade...he has a file of Heaps and may be able to help with this. Of course he could be away (it's that time of year!) but if he hasn't repsonded in a few days, I'd drop him a PM Hannah.

Better late than never ! I have two Ellens but unfortunately born later than 1805, mine were 1826 and 1850 - Sorry.
