The list is an 'extraction' from elsewhere. Maybe they didn't list them all or maybe Haydn (the original source) didn't have them in his publication?

Actually, there are no entries for witchcraft. There were other hangings around the country for this 'crime' as well as Pendle? :?

I feel sure that the cases listed are only those Haydn thought "notable" for some reason. According to an article in Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Witch-hunt ... statistics between 1500 and 2000 "witches" were executed in the British Isles and North America in the period between 1450 and 1750.
