Has anyone downloaded their messages as instructed by Ancestry. This has to be completed before 31 August as they will not appear on the new messaging system after this time.

I thought it might be helpful to let everyone know that I discovered part of my messages have disappeared and I have been in touch with Ancestry since May and they have not rectified the issue raised.
