In existence as early as 1872, found by searching the British Newspaper Archive.

Off Colne Rd, parallel to the top of Barden Lane, slightly nearer to Duke Bar.

I know some moved to Blackpool.

Yes Nellie is my granma
Her sister Annie And Ida I met
In the sixties.
After I didn't meet them again.
I was informed George fielding
And his friend Fred Busfield
Had won medals in the first world
War ,
sadly Fred lost his leg.
I personally can't find any info
On George fielding to link him
To this event.
But the gentleman I spoke to is writing a book about
The pair.
I sent him a photo of George and I would like to pass a
Any information about the pair to him.
