There has been a new commercial made for Hovis bread, it has cost £15million pounds to make and it is one of the longest (running time) commercial's made. It is having it's first airing tonight on ITV at 8-45pm inbetween Coronation Street, it should be interesting to watch as is shows a lad with a loaf of Hovis running from the bakers shop in 1886, through the years, and home to his Mum in 2008. His travels take him down Victorian Streets, past a Suffragette protest, and alongside soldiers heading off to the first World War. He gets a glimpse of the swinging 60's sees the unrest of the mid-80s' and the fireworks to herald the new Millenium.
It will run for 122 seconds- one for each year the firm has existed. It should be interesting to watch, the write up and pictures in todays newspaper look good, so set your recorders or tune in.

Stephanie.

Excellent - thanks Stephanie.

What a brilliant advert! It didn't seem like 2 minutes.
